We provided strategic communications planning alongside global brand management for the world’s largest international children’s cleft charity, Smile Train. We led ongoing organizational and marketing initiatives for the non-profit’s wide array of audiences.
Our work with Smile Train focused on development and execution of targeted marketing strategies with over 1,100 partner locations in over 85 countries, serving over 1.5 million end users, and their families.
The non-profit provided grants to these partners, and we worked with all teams to develop nuanced communications tactics for each practice area, while maintaining the overall brand message and visuals.
So that when end users arrived to the service provider, no matter the location, they were met with support and solutions, all aligned with the organization’s brand messaging and visuals.
